Monthly Aromatic Heart Circle

This free online experience invites you to discover the power of essential oils and kinesiology. On the third Wednesday of each month, we meet online, where I will guide the Circle and hold the space for:

🥰  Soothing your nervous system

🥰  Smelling one of the Aromatic Kinesiology essential oils.

🥰  Listen to the corresponding essential oil reflection from ‘The Blossoming Heart’ by Robbi Zeck.

🥰  Time for personal journaling

🥰  Sharing insights or wisdom from your reflections is optional.

🥰  We will then close the circle with the beautiful ‘Love, Grace and Gratitude’ movement.

Please note that registration is required to receive the Zoom link. You will then receive a confirmation email containing the link and the name of the essential oil that will be discussed during the Aromatic Heart Circle.
