Come and join us for a nurturing day and allow yourself to immerse into a world of Essential oils, Reflexology, Dru Yoga, Meditation, Heart congruence and nourishing food.
This workshop will guide you to transition from Autumn to Winter with ease and grace.
We will take you through the seasons:
Autumn being the time for letting go and moving inward and Winter is the time for rest and reflection. You will learn practical wellbeing techniques which can easily be integrated into your daily life.
What we offer:
Dru Yoga – is a gentle and flowing style of yoga, designed to release tension from your spine and enhance the energy flow in your body, mind and soul. You will experience a gentle Dru Yoga sequence followed by a 20 min Dru Yoga relaxation.
Reflexology – is a holistic modality balancing your nervous system. You will learn the techniques to work on your own face, ears & hands.
Meditation – Heart Congruence practice to create inner peace and harmony
Journalling – time for self-reflection
Creating – your unique nurturing essential oil blend
