Come and join us for a nurturing day and allow yourself to immerse into a world of Essential oils, Reflexology, Dru Yoga, Meditation, Heart congruence and nourishing food. This workshop creates the space for celebrating your true essence.

The long, endless days of Summer are winding down, and soon we will find ourselves transitioning into Autumn. It’s time to take stock of the celebration and abundance of Summer and let that nourish our Body, Mind and Soul. On this Self-Care Day, we focus on re-discovering what truly nurtures and fulfils us.

What we offer:

Dru Yoga – is a gentle and flowing style of yoga designed to release tension from your spine and enhance the energy flow in your body, mind and soul. You will experience a gentle Dru Yoga sequence followed by a Dru Yoga relaxation.

Reflexology – is a holistic modality balancing your nervous system. You will learn the techniques to work on your own face, ears & hands.

Meditation – Heart Congruence practice to create inner peace and harmony

Journalling – time for self-reflection

Creating – your unique nurturing essential oil blend

Monique Poppelaars, Reflexologist & Aromatic Kinesiology™️ Facilitator with a special interest in Women’s Mental Health. Monique uses her modalities to balance your emotional and physical well-being and reconnects you with your innate healing force.
