Come and join us for a Nurturing Day at the beautiful Merkaba Studio and allow yourself to relax into a world of Essential oils, Reflexology, Dru Yoga, Meditation, and nourishing Food.
We share our holistic knowledge and wisdom, allowing you to discover different ways for creating the best possible sleep routine for yourself.
Our Nurturing Day will focus on creating a sleep-friendly environment, and we cover all sleep hygiene aspects so that you build a personal sleep toolbox to soothe your mind, body and spirit and wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and recharged.
You will receive a beautiful workshop journal guiding you to create your best sleep ever.
What we offer:
Dru Yoga – is a gentle and flowing style of yoga designed to release tension from your spine and enhance balance in your body, mind and soul. You will experience a gentle Dru Yoga sequence followed by a Dru Yoga relaxation.
Reflexology – is a holistic modality balancing your nervous system. You will learn the techniques to work on your own face, ears & hands.
Meditation – Heart Congruence practice to create inner peace and harmony
Journaling – time to create your sleep toolbox.
Creating – your personal Sleep Essential Oil Blend

Monique Poppelaars, Reflexologist & Aromatic Kinesiology™️ Facilitator with a special interest in Women’s Mental Health. Monique uses her modalities to balance your emotional and physical well-being and reconnects you with your innate healing force.
