Yoga Safety Guidelines for Online Yoga Classes

But first, I'm looking after your safety. Please, watch the Safety Guidelines carefully.

Yoga Safety Guidelines:

My online yoga classes are a very gentle form of flowing Yoga movements, but as you participate in the movement without my supervision you are required to follow these safety guidelines:

Your participation in all online yoga classes is completely at your own risk.
You take 100% responsibility for your body and health.
If you have any health considerations, please consult your professional health practitioner first.

What does “Taking 100% responsibility for your body and health” mean in a Yoga class?

You stop any movement immediately when you experience pain or dizziness.
You only move within your abilities. You stop at your current movement range and don’t overstretch or overreach.
All your movements need to feel “really good” in your body.
Remember I use the term “yummy movement” 😉
If you are medicated for any heart-condition, Glaucoma or blood-pressure issue, your head stays above your heart. Meaning in any forward bend you stop the movement when your head is at the same level as your heart or you feel any pressure/dizziness in your head.
